Aeration

Aeration involves making tiny holes in the soil to let air, water, and nutrients reach the roots of the grass. As a result, the roots develop deeply and the lawn becomes stronger and more active. 

Irrigation 

We service sprinkler systems and inspect all zones for pipe leaks, and make sure sprinkler heads are focused on spraying grass, and gardens. If needed we recommend parts for replacement which can include rotors, sprays, nozzles, PVC pipes, donuts and more!

Dethatching

With a raking tool, dethatching removes layers of organic debris (dead grass) from the area between the soil and the base of the grass. By removing the layer of thatch, the grass roots are made more accessible to air, water, fertilizer, and other nutrients.

Sod Installation

We offer sod installation and replacement with many sod types to choose from.  Zoysia  Sod is a common grass type in The Villages. St. Augustine and Bahia are also available. We remove the unwanted grass, and prepare the ground to receive fresh sod from local sod farms.

Rock Garden

Other than aesthetics, rock gardens help prevent soil erosion and control weed growth. Having rock also helps keeps insects out of the yard compared to mulch. We work with many local rock yards to provide all variety of garden rock from River Rock, Gravel, Limestone, and many more! 

Mulch

Mulch will reduce the amount of water that evaporates from your soil, greatly reducing your need to water your plants. Having mulch also regulates soil temperature and help prevent soil erosion.
